21st century: Era of challenge for women

Today now than ever women seem able to pursue careers previously reserved for men. Some would say that currently women enjoy an Era of opportunity. However, working mothers are still confronted with a lack of childcare support an inflexible work hours, which compels many women today to reevaluate the nature of modern prejudices against working mothers in particular. Drawing support from relevant research, I will analyze why women are choosing to wait to have children and how women's decisions to wait affect modern society.
