deadline for pre-conference abstracts

Dear fellow students,
our conference will take place in about 5 weeks. As we need to prepare the conference brochure, we ask those who would like to give a talk in the conference to submit their speaker proposal forms by 17/05 noon.
The forms should include your personal contact details, the technical equipment you need in order to present your topic, and, most importantly, a pre-conference abstract of your presentation. The abstract should contain the most important aspects of your 10 minutes talk. You should also see it a kind of advertisement for you talk. When writing the abstract, ask yourself: "What could attract listeners to attend my presentation?". You will have 80 words to express the main content and intentions of your talk.
